Vouchers may be invalid due to: expired, not applicable to your selected service type, maximum usage reached, or order value hasn't met minimum requirement. Check voucher terms for details.
Repackaging fees apply when you request original packaging removal, consolidating multiple packages into one, or additional reinforcement. Fee depends on complexity and package size.
A2E Ship provides 14 days of free storage. After this time, storage fee is 1 SGD/kg/week. To save costs, create packages and ship as soon as possible.
Prohibited items for shipping to Vietnam include: explosives, weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, cigarettes, unlicensed medicines, fresh food, and items violating Vietnamese law.
Singapore prohibits import of: explosives, weapons, drugs, e-cigarettes, gun-shaped lighters, counterfeit products, foods containing pork (some types), and items violating Singapore law.

You can edit declaration before creating package. Go to 'Goods at Warehouse' > Select package > Edit information. Note: after package creation, changes may incur fees.
Log in to your A2E Ship account, go to 'Track Order' and enter the tracking code. You can also track in real-time on the mobile app.
A tracking number (Tracking ID) is a unique identifier for each package. This code helps you check the status and location of your package throughout the shipping journey.
After successfully creating a package, the tracking code will be sent via email and displayed in your A2E Ship account, under 'My Orders'.
Tracking information appears immediately after you create a package and payment is successful. Detailed information will update when goods begin moving from the warehouse.
Route may pause updating during customs or long-distance transit. If no updates after 48 hours, please contact support.
Tracking code may not be activated yet or you entered it incorrectly. Check the code and try again. If still not working, contact customer support.
A2E Ship partners with reputable shipping partners like Viettel Post, GHTK, Ninja Van, and J&T Express to ensure goods are delivered quickly and safely.
After goods arrive in Vietnam/Singapore and customs clearance is completed, delivery partners will contact and deliver within 1-2 working days.
Possible reasons: incorrect address, unable to contact recipient, goods waiting for customs clearance, or bad weather. Check tracking status or contact support.

You can change delivery address before package leaves warehouse. After goods have been dispatched, changing address will be more complex and may incur fees.
You can request delivery partners to adjust delivery time when they contact you. Some partners support flexible delivery scheduling.
The Buy-For-Me service helps you purchase from foreign websites that don't support international payment/delivery. A2E Ship will purchase on your behalf and ship to you.
Buy-For-Me service fee includes: buying fee (% of order value), domestic shipping abroad (if any), order processing fee, and international shipping to Vietnam/Singapore.
A2E Ship supports buying from most websites in USA, Japan, Korea, China, Australia, and many other countries. Contact for details about the website you want to buy from.
You can access foreign websites directly from your browser. If you have language difficulties, use Google Translate or contact A2E Ship for assistance.
Final price = Product price + Tax (if any) + Domestic shipping + Buy-For-Me service fee (usually 5-10% of goods value) + International shipping.
You can request most legal items. However, A2E Ship doesn't support purchasing prohibited shipping items, counterfeit goods, copyright-infringing goods, or dangerous goods.
Check card information, limit, and ensure card supports international payment. If still error, try another payment method or contact bank/A2E Ship.
After registration, you will receive an activation email from A2E Ship. Click the link in the email to complete the account activation process. This usually takes about 2-5 minutes.
Check your spam/junk mail folder. If you still don't see it, request a new activation email from the login page or contact customer support for direct assistance.
Activation links have an expiration date. If expired, you need to request a new email. Go to the login page, select 'Resend activation email' and follow the instructions.
After successful activation, you will receive your personal overseas warehouse address. Log in to the dashboard to view this address, update personal information, and start using the shipping service.
Go to Settings > Delivery Address. Enter complete information: Full name, phone number, detailed address, district, province/city. Ensure information is accurate for quick delivery.
On the login page, click 'Forgot password'. Enter your registered email, you will receive a password reset link. Click the link and create a new password.

Shipping fees are calculated based on actual weight or volumetric weight (whichever is greater). For 1kg packages, you can use the fee calculator on the website or app to know the exact cost.
Standard shipping time from Vietnam to Singapore is 3-4 working days from when goods leave the Vietnam warehouse. Time may vary depending on customs conditions and weather.
A2E Ship is committed to not interfering with cargo contents. However, we recommend customers purchase from reputable sources and can request photos of packages upon warehouse receipt to ensure transparency.

Chargeable weight = MAX(actual weight, volumetric weight). Volumetric weight = (Length x Width x Height) / 6000. Dimensions in cm, weight in kg.
You will receive notifications via email and push notifications on the app when goods arrive at the warehouse. You can also check order status in the 'Order Management' section on the dashboard.
Log in to your A2E Ship account, go to 'Track Order' and enter the tracking code. You will see detailed journey from overseas warehouse to your hands.
After goods arrive at warehouse, go to A2E Ship app > Create Package > Select items to consolidate > Choose shipping method > Confirm and pay.
Go to 'Goods at Warehouse' > Select package > Enter information: product name, quantity, value, category > Save information. Accurate declaration helps customs clearance faster.
A2E Ship offers multiple shipping methods: Standard (3-4 days), Express (2-3 days), Economy (5-7 days). You can choose the method that suits your needs and budget.
GST is calculated based on declared goods value. Current tax rate is 9% for goods imported into Singapore. A2E Ship will notify tax details before you pay.
In addition to basic shipping fees, charges may include: insurance fee (optional), repackaging fee (if requested), storage fee (after 14 free days), and import tax (if applicable).
Additional fees include: special handling fee (fragile goods, oversized goods), inspection fee (if requested), goods photography fee, and door-to-door delivery fee (applicable for some areas).
A2E Ship supports various payment methods: International credit/debit cards, Bank transfer, E-wallets (Momo, ZaloPay), PayNow/PayLah (Singapore). Choose the appropriate method when paying for orders.
